What is the Gospel?

Is there anything standing in the way of you putting your faith and trust in Jesus right now?
If you’re ready to put your faith in Jesus, it starts with trusting Him. It’s not just saying a prayer, but believing in your heart that Jesus died for your sins and rose again to give you new life. Turn from your sin (that’s repentance) and place your full trust in Jesus alone to forgive you and make you right with God. You can express that trust in prayer, but remember: a prayer doesn’t save you, only Jesus does. Faith in Him is what saves.
You might pray something like this:
Jesus, I know I’ve sinned and can’t save myself. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and place my trust in You alone. Forgive me, make me new, and lead my life. I give myself to You.
